About Us
Tucson Pool Pal is a locally owned pool cleaning and maintenance service operating in Tucson, Arizona. We provide weekly pool cleaning, equipment repairs, water testing and balancing, and Green to Clean algae treatment services.
Services
All services are provided on a week-to-week basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline service to any property at our discretion. Service schedules are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any schedule changes.
No Contracts
Tucson Pool Pal does not require long-term contracts. You are free to cancel service at any time. We ask for reasonable notice (ideally one week) so we can adjust our schedule accordingly, but we will never charge cancellation fees.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is provided as part of a free quote and may vary based on pool size, condition, and the specific services required. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service agreement.
Access to Your Property
By scheduling service with us, you grant Tucson Pool Pal permission to access your pool area on scheduled service days. You are responsible for ensuring that access is available and that any gates, locks, or entry points are accessible. If we are unable to access your pool, we may not be able to complete service for that visit.
Liability
Tucson Pool Pal takes care in performing all services and uses professional-grade products and equipment. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or surrounding areas. We are also not liable for issues arising from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, equipment failure, or chemical reactions caused by products already in your pool.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the service performed.
Chemical Treatments
Water chemistry treatments are performed based on standard industry practices. Results may vary depending on pool usage, weather conditions, and the condition of your equipment. We recommend keeping children and pets out of the pool for at least the timeframe we recommend after any chemical treatment.
Green to Clean Service
The Green to Clean service is designed to treat severely algae-affected pools. Results depend on the severity of the algae growth and the condition of your pool equipment. We provide a free assessment before any work begins and will communicate realistic expectations upfront.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
